Chester County bids and solicitations will continue to be available on this website until November 14th, 2023. Afterwards, all bids and solicitations will only be available on the Public Purchase website.

Procurement Policy Statement
Authority relating to the purchase of goods and services required by the County of Chester
regardless of fund sources shall be exercised by the Department of Procurement & General Services
or the Board of Commissioners under the provisions of the Third Class County Code.

The Procurement Listing System is designed to allow interested parties the ability to view County of Chester
Public Bids (ITB), Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Information (RFI)
and Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) from a centralized location.
Please note all Due Dates are Eastern Standard Time (EST).
