Procurement Policy Statement
Authority relating to the purchase of goods and services required by the County of Chester
regardless of fund sources shall be exercised by the Department of Procurement & General Services
or the Board of Commissioners under the provisions of the Third Class County Code.

The Procurement Listing System is designed to allow interested parties the ability to view County of Chester
Public Bids (ITB), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) from a centralized location.
